Navigate to the CRM.
Use the Search Criteria button to filter and find the contact you would like to follow up with.
After finding the contact you would like to create a follow up task for, click on the "schedule Action" button.
Add a comment,select the type of follow-up, as well as the salesperson and date. You have no scheduled a follow up task.
