How To Use Podium with Trakwell

Before diving into how to use Podium with Trakwell, please make sure that Podium is correctly integrated with Trakwell.

 

Podium Icon

Once the integration is properly set up, you should see a Podium icon on the bottom right of the Sale or Potential Sale photo. Ensure that the customer’s Phone Number or Email address is included to activate the Podium Request feature.

For example, if you have a Potential Sale, the Podium icon should appear, indicating that you’re ready to send a Podium Request.

 

Podium Request From

When a user clicks on the Podium icon, they will see a form that includes fields for store location, salesperson, customer’s name, and contact information. From there, they can choose a specific template to send the Podium request.

 

Podium Sent

The Podium icon will change color once a Podium Request has been successfully sent

 

Podium Response

After a request is sent and a response is received, the icon will transform into a Star icon displaying the review rating number in the center.

 

CRM

Within the CRM, you can track which customers have received a Podium Request and which have not. Additionally, if a customer has responded to the request, their star review will be visible. 

 

Prospect History

In the Prospect History, you can track which customers have received a Podium request and identify those who haven’t. Additionally, if a customer responds to the request, their star rating and comments will be visible.

And finally, we have our Podium report page. This page provides insights into the number of Podium Requests sent, responses received, comments made, and much more!
