How To Use Podium with Trakwell

Before diving into how to use Podium with Trakwell, make sure that Podium is correctly integrated with Trakwell (https://help.trakwell.ai/knowledge-base/podium-integration-guide-for-trakwell).

 

Podium Icon

Once the integration is set up, a Podium icon will appear on the bottom right of the Sale or Potential Sale photo. The customer must have a Phone Number or Email Address on file for the Podium Request feature to activate. If those details are present, the icon will appear and you're ready to send a request.

 

Podium Request From

Clicking the Podium icon opens a form with fields for store location, salesperson, customer name, and contact information. From there, select a template and send the Podium request.

 

Podium Sent

Once a Podium Request is successfully sent, the icon will change color to confirm it went through.

 

Podium Response

After a response is received, the icon changes to a Star icon with the review rating displayed in the center.

 

CRM

In the CRM, you can see which customers have received a Podium Request and which haven't. If a customer has responded, their star review will also be visible. 

 

Prospect History

In Prospect History, you can track who has and hasn't received a Podium request. If a customer responds, their star rating and any comments they left will be visible here as well.

 

Podium Charts

The Podium report page gives you a full breakdown of requests sent, responses received, comments made, and more!
